African Dance Workshop

African Dance Extraviganza!

Take a trip to Africa with us and have fun learning African dances! Experience first hand traditional dances used to communicate between tribes and celebrate this vibrant and diverse culture. Students will also create scenes exploring the roots of African culture and put together their own festival celebrating these roots!

Meet characters involved in the dances.

Experience an interactive workshop with one actor/facilitator in role and one guiding the story.

Bring the history and culture of African dance to life with the help of two actor/facilitators.

All of our workshops can be tailored to suit the needs of your school and are flexible in their length. This means you can have up to FIVE 1 hour workshops in a day or a whole day of interactive and in depth workshop with one class, ending in a short performance. Unlike most companies this does not change the price quoted.
