Our mindfulness workshop explores different coping mechanisms children can implement with the ever growing stresses of our educational system. Our workshop enables pupils to become aware of their feelings, stay calm, concentrate and manage their stress to perform at the best of their ability.
The workshop also has a section aimed at teachers showing how moving forward they can include everyday routines in their classes to help the children in their everyday learning.
The children were engaged throughout and the drama encouraged the children to consider their ideas with independence.
