Our anti-bullying workshops explore ways in which children can support each other in school and the tools we can use to tackle different forms of bullying. Through drama and role play KS2 students work together in a safe environment to uncover and explore the impact of bullying. They will work as a team to find ways in which to promote kindness and embrace the fact that we are all different. This workshop encourages using words in a positive ways and teaches team building skills essential for the development of assertive and confident pupils.
KS1 will visit Storyland and discover all types of strange characters. Why are all the character's here so different? Can we still make friends? This fun and interactive workshop incorporates mask, facial expressions, songs, costumes and crazy characters who are all there to allow the children the chance to develop a further understanding of their emotions, kind words, how to make friends and how to make ourselves and other people feel better, because it is our differences that make us special!
"The children loved the topics covered and were given opportunities to consider new things. The workshop was very engaging, children loved the facilitators presence. We thought the story was interesting and fun and the exercises were fun and meaningful" - Arthur Bugler Primary School, Stanford-Le-Hope
